At Data To The Max, getting a website for your small business is a risk-free investment. As a business owner you should not and do not need to be "web savvy", and you may have questions about what you are getting into with a website. So my guarantee to you is that if you order a website and don't like what I deliver, you don't have to pay for it -- not one cent!

Once I complete your website, I will deliver it as a temporary site that only you can view on the internet. While the website is in preview, I will make revisions based on the decisions and content agreed upon. For instance, if you want to change the text or images, I will do that at no charge. I will continue to fine tune your project within reason until the desired site has been completed.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the website, you don't have to pay for it. If you choose to publish your website, though, I will expect full payment within five business days unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

Remember, I give you the choice to back out of this website at any time up until you choose to publish. So feel free to give it a try because if you're not happy, you won't lose a penny.

Web Presence Package

Web Presence Package: This package is a 1-3 page web site hosted by DataToTheMax which provides an organization or business a web presence while communicating general information such as business hours, contact information, a general overview, etc. This form of web site will cost $195 for the initial design/setup and $20 per month for hosting the site including domain registration. This service also provides quarterly content updates to your site as needed to keep the information fresh and 5 email boxes.

Advanced Web Site Package

Advanced Web Site Package: This package is a 1-6 page web site hosted by DataToTheMax which provides an organization or business a highly advanced web site for those looking for more flare and customization. This type of site is usually updated more frequently with newsletters, press releases, sale information, new products, etc. This form of web site will cost $295 for the initial design/setup and $35 per month for hosting/maintaining the site, domain registration, updating content monthly as needed, and up to 15 email boxes with your domain name.

High Profile Web Site Package

High Profile Web site Package: This package is a 7-12 page web site hosted by DataToTheMax which provides an organization or business a highly optimized web site that allows you to deliver a superior customer experience. This form of web site will cost $495 for the initial setup and $45 per month for hosting/maintaining the site, updating content as needed, and up to 35 email boxes with your domain name.

Dedicated Server Package

Dedicated Server Package: This package is a High Profile Package hosted by DataToTheMax on a server dedicated to your web site and databases and provides the ultimate in performance and server control. Special features of this package include 24x7 monitoring, best-of-breed routers/firewalls/servers, 24x7 on-site security and tech support, and disk space/bandwidth/ram/cpu/OS options. This form of web site will cost $995 for the initial setup and starts at $225 per month for hosting/maintaining the site, updating content as needed, and up to 500 email boxes with your site name.

Miscellaneous Services:

Email only accounts for $35 per year. Bulk rates for families or small groups are available.
Graphics work to create or modify graphics icons and images and document scanning (no royalty fees) - $35 per hour.
Custom Service Level Agreements (SLA) are available for organizations that want specific contractual response times such as 24/7 on-site support to address a web site or database problem, computer service issues, network issues, etc.

Referral Program:

Current clients can earn a 10% credit of sales for referrals. For example, if Mr. Smith refers Mrs. Jones to us, and Mrs. Jones engages my services for a Web Presence Package which is $195 for setup plus $60 for the first quarter which is a $255 total sale, Mr. Smith will earn a $25.50 credit that can be used on his next bill. No special forms to complete or timelines to follow. Just let me know an associate is interested and I will credit the next bill after the sale is completed.
